4 best DSLR cameras for photography students & enthusiasts (Beginners). If you want to do it professionally or it is your hobby, below are the best cameras for you to start with and later you can keep increasing your kit according to your requirements or enthusiasm. For photography I always suggest Nikon and Canon DSLR cameras because they have the best quality, and lot of options in lenses when it comes to photography and they have service centres everywhere so you have help whenever you need.
I am suggesting cameras according to the pricing, because when you are a beginner, you don’t really know what you are getting into and if your money will go to waste. At least that’s how I felt when I started. My first camera was Nikon D3200. However, they stopped making that camera long ago. So let see what is available for you guys in the market today. Lets start.

Canon EOS 3000D: This 18MP sensor camera comes with the 18-55 zoom lens in the kit. Great for beginners to understand and practice the basics of photography. Generally comes with a 16GB memory card and a carry case. Click here for more details and purchase. For beginners I always suggest to buy a EF 50mm F1.8 lens. It’s a block lens and you get to practice the bokeh effect and portraits real well with this lens. The best part is, this lens can be used on cropped sensor cameras and full frame cameras both. So later on when you decide to upgrade to a full frame camera, this lens can still be mounted with that. Click here to see the lens and purchase details .
Canon EOS 1500D: This camera shows close to 50k when you see on canon website today, and if you see on amazon, it shows close to 37k because it is refurbished. The cameras that are refurbished are a good way to go, if you want to safe the budget. They are exactly like new cameras and I would suggest you always check the terms and conditions before buying any refurbished products. If you find sufficient warranty on the product, I would say, you go for it. This one also comes with the 18-55mm lens with 24MP sensor. Also, you can use the above 50mm lens with this camera as well. Canon EOS 200D: If you can spend a little bit more than this camera is for you. This also has 24MP sensor and comes with 18-55mm zoom lens. Now you must be thinking why should I buy this camera and spend more rather than buying 1500D, right? Well, don’t get stuck on the megapixel and the lenses because lenses are interchangeable and there is so much more to a DSLR than just megapixel. 200D has better focusing modes, better AF points, better clicking speed of 5fps, flash mode has manual pop-up and many more things this camera has better. If you want your camera to be one step ahead than extreme basic camera, then I would suggest this one. Click here for details and purchase.
Nikon D7500: This is a fantastic DSLR camera for photography students & enthusiasts that comes with interchangeable 18-140mm zoom lens. 20MP sensor, 8fps continue clicking speed, 4K quality videos, great ISO capacity. This is the minimum price and minimum quality camera Nikon has. So basically Nikon’s minimum also has high standard. I completely recommend this camera if this comes under your budget.
